Tuberculosis

The Tuberculosis (TB) program provides case management for all Linn County residents with active (contagious) TB disease. Tuberculin skin testing is available for those who are high-risk populations.

Clients who meet the priorities for services and who have positive tuberculosis skin  tests are provided with:

  • Education 
  • Referrals for medical evaluation and medication management
  • Residents who have a medical provider are referred to their provider for follow-up
