Home Visiting Nurse
Office: 541-967-3888 ext 2321

Tania earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from the Oregon Health and Sciences University in 2018 and has been working as a Public Health Nurse ever since. Her first years in nursing were spent as a Charge Nurse Supervisor at an FQHC in Salem, Oregon, where she had the privilege of collaborating with other health-care professionals to offer high quality, compassionate care to traditionally underserved patient populations. Her previous degree in Early Childhood education, as well as her experience as a Doula and Childbirth Educator, eventually drew her to Linn County where she engages the perinatal community as a Nurse Home Visitor and Case Manager.

Growing up in rural Alaska instilled in Tania a first-hand knowledge of living with limited access to resources and health-care and she is passionate about mitigating those gaps for the people in her community. Also a bilingual speaker and dual citizen of the United States and Spain, Tania offers English and Spanish language service to the families that she serves, and brings with her a sensitivity of the vast importance of recognizing and honoring a person’s unique world-view and experience. When not working, Tania can be found traipsing about the state with her partner, her three children, and her two dogs. Together they enjoy hiking, rock-climbing, creating yummy things in the kitchen and international travel.

Farrah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University in 2019 after earning a degree in Public Health from Oregon State University in 2016. Farrah is a Home Visiting Nurse through the Family Connects program. As much as she enjoyed getting to help bring babies into this world in the hospital, she always wondered what happened after the families went home and how she could better serve them. She believes everyone could use extra support and advocacy during this incredible transition in life and is so excited to be able to serve the community members of Linn County.

When not working, Farrah enjoys spending time with her family and getting outside as much as possible to hike, swim, bike, and run.

Madison Spellman BSN | Home Visiting Nurse

Madison Spellman BSN (she/her)

Home Visiting Nurse

Office number: 541-220-7202

Madison is an experienced nurse that graduated from The Ohio State University with her BSN in 2019. She has since had the privilege to work in multiple Medical Surgical, Progressive Care, and Emergency Department units across the country as a traveling nurse. She is studying for her DNP in public and global health and will be starting her practicum here in Oregon. Madison is passionate about public and global health, women’s rights and their access to care, immigrant health, and preventative care. She is empathetic and enjoys having conversations about peoples’ experiences and learning their point of view – this developed from her upbringing in rural Ohio, to traveling across the country for work contracts in multiple states and different communities, as well as her international travels, which initially piqued her interest in global health. Madison hopes to work toward a future where women’s and immigrants’ healthcare is not up for debate, and for a healthcare system that is preventative rather than reactive, so everyone has the ability to thrive and provide a healthy life for themselves and their families.

When Madison is not working or studying, she loves being outdoors and active – hiking, trail running, biking, paddle boarding, skiing, etc.
