Community Based Organization and Institutional Grants Applications

Linn County Public Health has secured funding from the Oregon Health Authority for Community Partners to support underserved residents of Linn County.

All grants will be posted for no less than two weeks before applications are reviewed.  Three reviewers will be responsible for grant review. The average scores across reviewers will be used as the applicant’s total score. Applicants will be awarded based on their scoring which is located in the supporting documents section of the specific grant application page.
