Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA)

Service Description

The Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) is a program designed to identify and treat youth (14 - 25 years old) who are at risk of developing psychosis or currently experiencing a first episode of psychosis.  EASA team members work together across disciplines to create a program uniquely designed for each client. The goal of the program is to minimize the potential long-term impact of the disorder while providing skills training, case management, treatment and low-dose prescribing. A strong emphasis is placed on attaining education and employment goals, and providing education and support to family members. Individuals involved in this program may also receive assistance in obtaining independent housing and learning the skills necessary to live independently. This program follows an intensive case management model with a variety of team members who can provide specialized services.
