Pre-Cover Inspection Request
For all systems permitted after September 18, 2023, inspection requests can be made in one of the following ways:
- Scheduling online (See instructions for scheduling)
- Using ePermitting Apps to schedule – Android and iPhone
*A completed and signed As-Built form must be submitted to our office in addition to any other paperwork specified in your permit. The Certificate of Satisfactory Completion cannot be issued until all required documents are received. Documents may be left onsite, uploaded to the permit at buildingpermits.oregon.gov or submitted via email to: LinnnEH@linncountyhealth.org
