Septic System Permit Applications
Beginning September 18, 2023, all onsite septic applications and permits will be processed through Oregon ePermitting.
Application Instructions
- Determine the type of application you need. See: What type of application do I need?.
- Complete the application packet and submit it online (preferred) at Oregon ePermitting or in office. Visit Oregon ePermitting Help for assistance.
- All applications must contain the following:
- A signed and complete application form. All fields are required. If signed by an agent, the agent must submit a “Notice Authorizing Representative” form with the application.
- A detailed plot plan showing the proposed development and/or changes to the property. Please contact our office for maps of your property.
- Additional information as required based on the type of application (see application packets below).
- Application fees can be found at https://www.linncountyhealth.org/eh
In the event that an application is incomplete and additional action by or information from the applicant is required for completion, we will close the file one year after the application date and the application fee will be forfeit. A new application and fee will be required to re-activate the file.
