Health Services provide copies of birth and death records for events that occur in Linn County, for up to six months from the date of occurrence. (Note, after six months, records must be obtained from the State Office of Vital Statistics in Portland.) Each certified copy costs $25.00. We accept check, credit and debit cards, and money orders.
