HIV/STI Testing and Prevention
Offering free and confidential HIV and STI testing services, prevention resources, as well as community education

Providing immunization records, schedules, and vaccination appointments for infants, children, and adults

Providing information and navigation support for Oregon Health Plan services and updates

Providing copies of Birth or Death Certificates
